Garden State Orthopaedic Center will submit your insurance information and fees for service to your Insurance Carrier for payment. Custom Orthotic and Prosthetic devices, as well as custom-fitted devices, are generally reimbursable under most major medical policies. Physician's prescriptions, including supporting medical documentation, are required for proper submission. Our trained and experienced staff will gladly respond to your questions and any concerns regarding issues of insurance coverage. We are approved providers for:
